I always have a good experience/visit with my doctor.
I think that my doctor does look at my records carefully before he comes in to see me, and he does give me excellent instructions as to my condition and health concerns. He does not rush me into unnecessary surgery.. and I greatly appreciate that because I am a senior citizen. I guess that the doctor doesn't need to spend a lot of time during my visit because my heart condition is under good control at this time. He is a very good doctor.

Please STOP calling them 'providers'. You don't call an engineer 'provider' of engineering, or a lawyer - 'provider of law' or an architect 'provider of architecture'. They are doctors, nurses and physician assistants. Dr. Muller and his team are very professional and an excellent doctor and nurses.

I switched to Dr. Muller from another practice several years ago because I did not feel I was being listened to and it was the best thing that I ever did. Dr. Muller is very attentive to my concerns and he explains the options and reasonings behind each so we can make good decisions. Most importantly, he does not treat me based upon my DOB on a piece of paper. Rather, he treats and assesses me based upon me as a person he has come to know and my lifestyle and level of activity. His staff were and are always very attentive, professional and friendly. I have never had to wait for more than a minute or two to check in and usually called by the nurse within 5 minutes of checking in.

Dr. Mueller is very knowledgeable about my cardiac condition and tells it like it is......which I very much appreciate. He has informed me a what point he may end up referring me to a cardiothoracic surgeon, which is much sooner than my previous cardiologist. I also appreciate that he is not content to 'wait' until it gets to the worst measurement endpoint but instead is much more pro-active.

GREAT EXPERIENCE VERY NICE DOCTOR
At 82 years old it is comforting to have a doctor and a facility that knows me and is available to assist me if problems arise. *Dr. Mueller emphasized that while I am in good health at 82 I am at a vulnerable point in my life and that should anything physical should arise to call the office and I would be seen quickly.

Dr. Muller makes you always feel like he has the time to really listen and he pays attention to my concerns. That same concern came through during the video visit as he reviewed my medications, pacer remote results and blood pressure. He had been encouraging me in a previous visit to lose weight and I had been successful doing so which has improved my health and allowed me to increase my exercise. He's a very caring professional who really is concerned about his patient's health and tries to find ways to improve my health at every visit. He was such a great cardiologist that when he moved from Syracuse to an Albany practice I decided it was worth the commute to continue under his care. My health has definitely improved under his care and his nurse and PA staff are equally impressive.
