My arrival time was scheduled to be 12:25 pm., I called office to see if Dr. was on time. No answer- voice mail available. I was called at 12 noon to come in at 1:20 pm as Dr. was a "bit behind". At 1 pm I was called again to come in at 2:00 pm which I did. Had to wait 1/2 hr. before I was taken back and seen by the medical assistant. It was almost 3:30 pm before Dr. presented. I was not able to leave the office until 4:40 pm. That's about 5 hrs. devoted to this appointment!!!
She's excellent! We go over my health records & if I don't understand anything, she takes the time to explain it and I never feel rushed.

She takes too long with each patient talks too much on i-Pad or whatever electronic device she uses.
Again, another lengthy wait, both in the 'waiting room,' and again, in the exam room. In addition, I find the doctor paying much more attention to the computer screen and using a microphone to record the notes from this visit annoying and counterproductive. I would much prefer actual interaction than what is almost a virtual appointment. I have a complicated and difficult health situation, and I seem to be my own care coordinator. It was my impression that my primary care physician acted in this capacity. At this visit, the doctor kept referring to the 'old system', where it seemed previous medical tests/information was stored. It would seem most beneficial to have all my medical information in a single file, where rhe doctor could easily access it.
SHE IS ALWYS THERE FOR ME AND I OWE HER MY LIFE. WITH OUT HER CONCERN AND EXPERIENCE I WOULD HVE NOT HAVE SSE THE DOCTORS I DID

It is so important to have decent health care today. We are blessed to have such a doctor here. She is caring, concerning, professional in every way. Our last experience with covid was amazing. Called at 8 to explain we home tested for covid. Within 15 minutes, her office called back with our appointments to test at a hospital site, meds were at the drugstore within an hour. She was on the phone that evening checking us at 7:00 PM. This is an amazing doctor. Although a lot of people complain about the timing. I fell is this this is one of the best doctors I had in a long time. She is very thorough. She spends more than enough time with each patient some patients may take a little bit longer. But she makes sure she covers all bases. Great doctor keep up the good work
I understand this was a last minute, fit into the schedule visit, but waiting almost 1 1/2 hours to see the MD is wrong.
I feel like we don't need to go so far back in my medical history every time I see her - I was sent for a pre-op visit for shoulder surgery for a simple EKG, brief exam and blood work-up - it took 4 hours. She's a good doctor, and thorough but she cannot take so much time with each patient - if so, then she needs to schedule accordingly.
