He's concerned, polite -I asked questions /he delivers the answer in words I can understand. It's like he knows me. I was mentally a wreck with his guidance I will become a little bit more calm to go to the referrals and do the right things to make my progress complete so I can get better. I got a long road ahead of me but with his guidance and staff I feel I'm going to be OK. I've been coming here for a decade and this is the reason why.
