Continuing Education

About CE

Trinity Health's Office of Continuing Education is committed to improving the healthcare team's skills, strategies, performance and patient outcomes in concert with evidence-based and high-quality learning opportunities throughout the continuum.

As a nationally accredited provider through the Joint Accreditation-Interprofessional Continuing Education (JA-IPCE), Trinity Health is one of the largest health care systems to provide Continuing Education (CE) programming to its 36,500 physicians, 32,000 nurses, and 2,000 pharmacists along with social workers, PA's and psychologists under one accrediting body.

Medical Grand Rounds

In addition to offering continuing education opportunities to tumor and other boards, St. Peter's Health Partners colleagues and affiliated providers are invited to participate in Medical Grand Rounds events. These programs will feature bi-monthly WebEx presentations on a variety of topics. Content may include new and innovative care techniques, specialized procedures offered by SPHP, patient safety topics, advances in treatment of COVID-19, and more.

We look forward to collaborating with faculty from medical, nursing and pharmacy educational initiatives in the region. Medical, nursing, pharmacy, social work, and psychology colleagues are invited to be part of the program, not only as members of the audience, but also as presenters and discussants, so we can best display the excellent resources our system has to offer.

Joint Accreditation Direct Accreditation Statement

In support of improving patient care, Trinity Health is Jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
