Located in the office of Family Medical Group in Rensselaer County Plaza, St. Peter's Diabetes and Endocrine Care – Rensselaer, provides diagnosis, treatment and management of diabetes; over- or underproduction of thyroid hormones; thyroid nodules; osteoporosis and vitamin D deficiency leading to osteomalacia; excessive growth or acromegaly/gigantism; cancers of the endocrine glands; high blood pressure due to endocrine dysfunctions like adrenal gland tumors; and pheochromocytoma.

The practice also provides diabetic education for individuals living with diabetes.
