This is an excellent practice and Dr. Lammly is an excellent provider. I am currently trying to understand why I received a follow-up statement indicating that I was billed for an office visit. This encounter seemed no different than my previous annual wellness visits. At this point neither Trinity Health nor Blue Shield has been able to answer my question. If the guidelines for what constitutes an annual wellness visit have changed it would be helpful to inform patients.

St Peter's Health Partners is fortunate having Dr. Lammly as a primary care provider, as are his patients. In fact, during this visit I made a comment to him about his capacity to listen to people. He noted he always wanted to be a doctor. He works with me as a partner in my care, reads notes prior to entering the exam room, and responds personally, should I use the patient portal for a message. Dr. Lammly exemplifies what a primary care physician should be. During an exam, time spent listening provides a trusted space to discuss and investigate potential problems. I believe this results in better care and limits health care costs by addressing issues before they become a major health problem.

In general he as very good. In retrospect, I realized that although this was a yearly physical, there was almost no physical exam or essential screening, such as for colon cancer, despite a history of various cancers in all my first degree relatives.
Dr. Lammly is an excellent physician, very knowledgeable and respectful. He takes time with his patients, so I never mind waiting a bit in the waiting room for my appointment.
This was only my second time meeting Dr. Lammly, but he is wonderful. He is a great listener and shows amazing empathy.

The MD was kind and listened to most of my concerns. I don't feel like my annual physical covered issues that I would like to have addressed, but it been a very long time since an annual physical has done that. Medicine is changing and it feels like it's my responsibility to direct the exam or things don't get accomplished. Also, there probably needs to be more time set aside to fully address all issues.

I think Dr. Lammly is an excellent physician. I appreciated how much time he spent with me answering my questions and explaining his responses. I had to wait a considerable amount of time in the exam room before being seen. I would have liked to be informed how long I would wait. When he saw me he gave me an explanation and he did not hurry my exam.
