Michaela is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She creates a comforting environment do all questions can be asked. She takes the time to thoroughly answer all of them. She also provides advice that is helpful even when unsolicited. She makes it seem as though she genuinely cares about you as an individual, not just a patient.
I appreciate the level of care and professionalism of the entire staff. I sometimes become frustrated because I would prefer having fewer appointments but that does not mean that I am not grateful for the care provided and the success of my treatment.
As I stated earlier McKayla is a true asset to not only the oncology staff but to St Peter's Hospital in general.

Dr. Luyun is a wonderful oncology doctor. He engages us in conversation re symptoms, problems with meds, any concerns Thom is having re side effects connected to medications, etc. He is always pleasant, smiling, and reassuring. He's wonderful to us.
