Great
She was good
I’m very sad to see PA Nguyen go, she’s been a great provider and I don’t dread going to the Dr anymore.
Satisfied
listen s to me about my care
Perfectly on time
As said previously she is easy to speak with, very understanding and thorough.
I often refer people to her direction as I truly love using this facility and this Dr
very good provider
She took time with me, she didn’t rush like my previous doctor, explained everything, very friendly, and listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions
Very understanding and sympethetic
getting better used to her after having dr. balsamo for many years.
This was my initial visit at this practice and I was very much satisfied from beginning to end.
A particularly good one.
Thank you.
Keep up the good work!
PA listened and responed to my concerns
Great Job!
It was a good experience
Helpful
This was first visit but indications are good.
Doctor Nguyen is great. Very easy to talk to.
Seemed in a hurry
I now feel better about up coming test, bone scan and lung cancer screening, she heard my concerns and followed up.
I just absolutely love her being my dr (Np). Cannot say enough good about her.
Ngan is great!
I like her
Had a great experience!
I love her she so sweet. She listens to all my concerns and gave a the best check up.
I appreciate the care and attention paid to me. I feel like I’m in good hands
Great visit.
My visit with the provider was very helpful to me.
Took her time to explain was going on
overall good doctor
Np Nguyen has been great for Nates well visits.
She was great
I’m not really sure. I understand doctors see a lot of people daily, I’m sure it can get overwhelming for them. However, as the patient dealing with physical symptoms being physically sick and having a family history of certain illnesses - it would be nice to be listened to more thoroughly instead of coming to a conclusion in one appointment because “bloodwork is fine. Just acknowledge the patients concern and actually address them entirely
thank you I'm starting to feel a lot better
She is a great listener and she answered all of my questions!
Thank you
Very good experience.
Thankful for getting the help that I needed
Good experience
Even when I was in pain, I felt comfortable
Good bedside manners, good listener, appropriate treatment plan.
Need a more in depth analysis and not a surface level try this and then maybe that. I still have not had a physical just blood work and send me to other doctors to get further testing but no results.
Great experience all around.
I received excellent care.
There are the best
The Dr was very sweet and understanding
Thanks again for the help
Appreciated getting a call from the nurse the next day explaining my lab results and making recommendations.
Neve have been more comfortable with a provider.
Proficient with the computer
Would highly recommend
I absolutely loved her. I have recommended her to friends who will be calling for appointments.
I was very very pleased and very comfortable
very responsivr
I dont like being touched, the doctor was very aware of that and was very patient with me. She told whst she would be touching and why and made sure i was okay through the whole exam.
I absolutely trust and love the care you get
Everybody is really approachable and friendly especially the lady on the ground floor where I booked my appointment.
Blessed to have her
Intend to stay with them for many years to come.
Looking forward to seeing her again.
Very happy !
Rushed
This was the 1st time meeting w this provider via virtual visit. I think it's difficult to treat someone virtually, especially a new patient. Dr. did a great job under these conditions.
Tube una buena experiencia
Dr. Nguyen has helped me navigate a new health issue since December 2022 and has followed up with tests to give me the best of care. She listens to her patients.
The physician was extremely knowledgeable and understanding I would highly recommend her to everyone.
Everyone very friendly
All good.
When I had my consultation/physical I really was not given a thorough exam like I feel I should have since I have cancer and heart disease on both sides of my family.
I went to this provider for abdominal pain. She never even examined me.
This provider Nurse Practitioner does not represent this practice well. I will in future either see Dr Cunningham who is outstanding or go to Malts Med emergent care
The dr took time to listen and talk to me about any problems I had
Did not examine me at all.
Provider was pleasant, nice, and respectful but did not seemed rushed and slightly distracted (not 100% focused on me). Someone knocked on the exam room door-I assume that meant “time was up. And that is when my apptmt ended.
My notes in chart had examinations that i dont think were done
Knowledgeable
The provider’s nurse (Tamera) was exceptionally helpful and patient cleaning wax buildup in one ear. Truly extremely patient and professional. !
I'm glad I had the opportunity to see the provider. Seemed to arrive at a diagnosis quickly, but still ordered tests to ensure it wasn't something else. Responded to my feedback on MyChart after. I didn't like how a prescription was the provider's first recommended form of treatment for the suspected cause of my symptoms.
Very professional and caring practice. Much appreciated!!
I have consistently responded to surveys over many years and with different providers in this system. A review will note that I rarely (don't think ever) provided a negative rating. This provider was - by a clear margin - the worst I've ever had, across institutions and practices in both her knowledge and interpersonal approach. She didn't listen and twice went out of her way to suggest I was drug seeking. (First, at one point she said, "I see when you last refilled X prescription and you don't even need it for two weeks!"...all true, as was the fact that I was told I needed to have a med check-in every 3 months and this is the date the was scheduled for me, and I believe even rescheduled once or twice because my PCP is on leave. I was following instructions. Second, I asked her opinion on a non-narcotic medication that was prescribed to me by a different doctor if she recommended taking it with another medication, as a third party suggested it might not be a good idea. She assertively responded - twice - that she "wasn't going to write me any prescriptions!". I wasn't asking for any; just guidance. THIRD, the week prior I had a floroscopic cervical injection by an orthopedic surgeon. His protocol requires all patients take 1.0mg of Xanax prior to the procedure. I had a prescription for 2, 0.5mg tablets. At one point she said, "and I see here you're ALSO prescribed Xanax! What's that about?!" It took me a moment to even know what she was talking about and when I explained she just kept running on.) After I thought I made it clear that I wasn't asking for any meds and would like her advice about taking X with Y (the reason for my med check-in) she seemed to become irritated and told me to ask my PCP at my next appointment in a couple months. I replied that I needed the information prior to then and said I would speak to a pharmacist. She said, "yes, that's better!". I have no idea why I needed to have this appointment. She provided no assistance and I was treated very disrespectfully. It seems if she was just filling in the exchange would have been, "how's it going with X medication?....Good? great! Bye". FYI, at one point I did share with her that I was getting the sense that she was treating me as a patient with drug-seeking behavior and I thought it was not warranted and making me uncomfortable. That's when she responded with the Xanax comment. This person has no business being forward-facing with patients.
Very quick and hard to understand ( talking with an accent and muffled through the mask ).
Professional and proactive care provider
As a 1st video experience, and a 1st with this provider, I expected a bit more assessment. For example: "what home remedies have you tried?" "Would you shine a flashlight in your mouth and move toward the camera so I could see it?" "Have you had these type of symptoms before?"
She was very nice. I"m glad to have her. Very comfortable with her. She took care of all mt health needs and im not afraid to go back
I was experiencing a bout of gout. This is the first time I had gout. The provider spent most of her time looking at the computer screen. She prescribed 6 months of medicine. There was no discussion of how long before I should expect some relief, what I should do if the symptoms did not improve, the possiblity of other medicine, etd.
My provider took a lot of time with my medical history and to determine the best treatment/medicine and referral for me
We were in and out in less than a minute, the doctor could have at least exam her eyes at the office like what the urgent care did and I'm pretty sure she would know what problems she was having if she did her job instead being lazy
I understand there are limitations to what a PA can do. She did what she could do.
Considering they are missing a dr, they were truly awesome & did not make me feel like i was a burden
Horrible annual physical. PA basically did not look at me.
While I missed not being able to talk to dr Balsamo dr naan was very considerate and prescribed the perfect meds
nothing to add
she talked a little low and fast, but I got it. was an excellent listener to what I would do or not.
She is an asset to the practice
Excellent
