I have had many dr.s in my life since childhood who have just sucked. Rude, disrespectful, uncaring, inappropriate, and downright unprofessional. That is part of my anxiety when going to appointments. Dr. Argubano has never made me feel less of a human for any issues that I have had. She is exceptional.

We had a lot of conversation in regards to my recent Diabetes diagnosis and treatment management.
Dr.Argubano is always wonderful, pleasant and very informative. My two daughters are also patients of hers too. I've had her as my doctor for many years and she is always on point whenever I call her. I don't kw what u wld do if she wld ever leave ur practice because she shows she really cares and concerned when u talk to her.
Dr Argubano is great. My frustration is that as someone suffering with an ear infection, it would have been helpful to me to have been able to have an in office visit with my doctor.

Dr. Argubano is by the best doctor that I have seen in this practice. Originally I was with another doctor in the practice and had to see her because my other doctor had no appointments. After my first experience with her I knew she was the one I wanted to continue to see. I have been seeing Dr. Argubano for years now. If I remained with my previous doctor in this practice I would have left this practice by now. She is respectful and understanding of any concern brought to her attention. She does not make you feel rushed and doesn't dismiss anything you bring to her attention. I know COVID has effected healthcare in many ways and part of it is the level of care people are getting. With Dr. Argubano, she provides the best care ever single time I have been in her office.

I am very disappointed Dr Argubano has not followed up with the results of all the lab work I had done. No call, no email. I emailed her to follow up on the medical letter she said she would provide within 24 hrs if I did the testing she wanted and I still have not gotten a response or the medical letter for my employer.
For this particular visit, I was in a poor place mentally and emotionally and really needed to speak w/*Dr. Argubano right away regarding my medication. The receptionist was able to put me on *Dr. Argubano's schedule that same day. *Dr. Argubano was (as usual) kind, empathetic, and spent time talking to me about my needs and concerns. The visit did not feel rushed and I felt much better after.
I was not given enough of the medication I'm taking to get me through to my next visit, six months out, despite being told I would have it.

Extremely unhappy with my care. Worst doctor I've ever been to by far, doctor was lazy and uncompassionate, she didn't listen or care. Doctor gave doctor gave me multiple dead-end referrals and her office never returned calls about them. It is a huge deal for me to reach out and ask for help and this doctor made me regret that decision! Now I have to find a new doctor because I don't have any confidence in her competence.

Dr. Argubano is always very congenial and knowledgeable when I visit her, which it usually just for my annual physical, since I am in relatively good health. She has helped me manage my blood pressure through medications, and I am now losing weight steadily through diet and exercise. She listens to my concerns and issues, and has been very responsive until this last visit. The lack of response to my issues is concerning, and I am considering changing my PCP to another physician.
