Dr. Phang is usually extremely punctual but this time I had to wait in the exam room for a bit longer than usual. Also Dr. Phang was going to recheck my blood pressure due to the bottom number was a bit high but due to him running behind he neglected to do so. Very unlike him.

I liked the directness of what he had to say, however I felt rushed and he could hardly wait to get rid of me. I saw him less then 12 to 15 minutes.i saw only eye contact as he was leaving the exam room.
