Nurse Navigators
Our nurse navigators are certified in breast health and cancer care and are advocates for patients in need of advanced breast health care services. The navigators help patients “navigate” through the complex health care network. This is a free service offered courtesy of St. Peter’s Health Partners. From coordinating medical and surgical appointments to connecting patients with financial assistance, our navigators provides patients and their families:
