New Hire: Your First Week

Welcome to St. Peter’s Health Partners! We are looking forward to your first day with us!

All new team members are to attend virtual orientation, followed by additional on-site orientation for most positions. You will be emailed your customized orientation schedule. Along with orientation, you’ll need to complete a few important tasks during your first week. Use this page to guide you, and please don’t hesitate to reach out to your manager with any questions!

Your customized orientation schedule will be communicated to you by your recruiter and/or your manager. Please review carefully and reach out to your manager with questions.

  • You will be assigned multiple online learning modules based on your position via our online platform HealthStream
  • Your login information will be emailed to you
  • Work with your manager to complete at a pace that works for you
  • You will be paid for time completing these required training modules

Badges are supplied by Security Badging

  • Receive your badge from your manager in your first week
  • Have your manager reach out to badging to correct misprinted information

This step will be completed through HR4U

  • Note that you will not have access to the portal until you receive your employee login information. It is the same username and password you used for Workday when completing your onboarding tasks
  • Your COVID-19 vaccination documentation must be uploaded to the HR4U Colleague Portal within 7 days of your start date and again after the second dose of the two-dose series (Moderna or Pfizer)
  • Your influenza vaccination documentation must also be uploaded to the HR4U Colleague Portal within 7 days of your start date

If eligible for benefits complete Benefit elections in Workday

  • You will have a task in your inbox to complete if eligible AND all onboarding tasks have been completed
  • Sign up for direct deposit in Workday if desired
  • Adjust your 403(b) contribution through Workday and Fidelity
