Documenting During a Downtime

If the Network is Available

FormFast and Forms on Demand will no longer be available with the go live of Epic. Please use DocuShare to find and print your downtime forms. To access DocuShare, navigate to the SPHP Intranet homepage, and scroll to the "Quick Links" section. From the QuickLinks section, select the "Clinical Forms – DocuShare" link. Please note that forms are categorized into different folders – the first folder listed contains Epic Downtime forms. If the form you are looking for is not listed under the Epic Downtime folder, you may need to utilize the search bar at the top.

If the Network is Unavailable

In the event that the network is down and internet is not available, please consult the downtime binder on your unit. On many units, this will be a red binder with a yellow cover sheet that reads "Computer System Downtime Procedures". You may make copies of the forms contained within for documentation.
