SPARC offers inpatient rehab at locations in Guilderland and Troy, providing group and individual counseling and introductions to recovery programs with medication assisted treatment and referrals to other levels of care, as needed.

We offer a wide array of services at both programs that include but are not limited to:

- Medical screening and testing, along with routine medical care
- Medication monitoring and medication maintenance evaluations
- Individualized treatment planning with an assigned Primary Counselor
- Personalized sessions with a counselor can help you identify and reach your goals. We may also offer counseling and support for families and couples.
Prior to leaving the rehab center, your team will develop a personalized discharge plan to help you maintain your recovery.
Drug and alcohol addiction can be a lifelong challenge. We offer several options to help you stay on the path to long-lasting recovery. Our outpatient rehab programs offer many of the same services as our inpatient programs, plus:
- Cognitive behavioral therapy: This proven counseling approach will help you explore your thoughts, feeling and actions. It can help you understand how your emotions may affect your recovery.
- Education:We teach people how to solve problems, manage stress and avoid relapse.
- MAT:When necessary, we provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT). It complements counseling and behavioral therapy. It can help minimize withdrawal symptoms, prevent overdose and make recovery last.
