Retirement Savings Program, including 403(b) plan with employer matching and core contributions

Trinity Health, parent company of St. Peter's Health Partners, will make a "core" contribution to an eligible employee's 403(b) Plan account through Fidelity Investments for a plan/calendar year equal to the greater of 3% of employee's eligibility pay or a minimum core contribution amount.

Full-time employees will receive up to $5,250 after 6 months of continued service. Part-time benefits employees will receive a prorated amount. Select local colleges even offer a tuition discount for St. Peter's Health Partners' employees.
